SWS was transparent and very helpful about anything and everything they could do for my grandfather's 35 year old watch. After sending it in, I was promptly called by Bill to explain the situation and my options. Deciding on what to do was simple with all the helpful information provided by Bill and I went ahead with the repair.
A day later I was informed my watch was ready for pickup (I live very close) and that all had gone well. The watch looked pristine and better than it did when I first got it, very happy with it.
