SWS was transparent and very helpful about anything and everything they could do for my grandfather's 35 year old watch. After sending it in, I was promptly called by Bill to explain the situation and my options. Deciding on what to do was simple with all the helpful information provided by Bill and I went ahead with the repair. I contacted SWS regarding getting my Swiss Army watch up and running after being dormant for a few years after a battery was improperly installed at a WALMART store. It had come to be more important to me as it had been a spontaneous gift from my father, who passed away in February. He had given it to me in 2000, and whenever I looked at it, it was a reminder of him and his kindness. I had procrastinated sending it anywhere because I was concerned that it might get lost. While visiting my son this past winter he showed me his Swiss Army Watch that he he said he had been told to just replace. He said he had paid a lot of money for this watch and did not want to just discard it. I offered to take it back home and see if I could find somewhere to send it. After several unsuccessful attempts at getting my treasured Seiko watch repaired locally I decided to go online. Swiss Watch Services seemed the right pick for me and I was certainly not sorry.
